National Association of Asian American Professionals of Orange County is hosting a food drive for Giving Children Hope, an organization providing assistance to motel kids. Volunteers should collect donated items listed below and package all of them in a backpack or food box:

- 1 8 oz –10oz Cereal (Cheerios, Kix, Raisin Bran, or Wheaties)
- 2 12 fl oz Evaporated Milk
- 2 15-16 oz Canned fruit
- 1 6-20 oz Peanut butter (plastic)
- 1 16-20 oz Jelly (plastic, no glass)
- 1 4-16 oz Crackers (Saltine, Ritz)
- 1 7– 10 oz Macaroni and cheese
- 1 10-15 oz Canned chicken soup (Campbell's, Progresso, Healthy Choice, etc.)
- 2 14-16 oz Canned vegetables
- 1 14 oz Box of instant rice
- 1 15-20 oz Canned beans
- 1 10-15 oz Canned meat
- 1 46-64 fl oz 100% fruit juice (no glass, non-refrigerated)
Attendance to the NAAAP-OC event in Santa Ana is not required.

As the "Give a Day, Get a Disney Day" promotion has reached its one-million mark, new volunteers can no longer sign up for the free voucher opportunity. Volunteers who already registered have a ticket voucher reserved once the qualifying service is verified on April 5, 2010.
